After a 30-year career in Project Management, Operations, and Engineering, Sung Choi became an entrepreneur. As the co-founder and President of TruEdge Solutions, Inc.— a certified women-  and minority-owned business— she now uses her expertise to provide project management consulting services for construction and engineering projects—regardless of size, scope, or complexity.

At Henkels & McCoy, Inc., Sung focused on improving the efficiency, sustainability, and profitability of high-profile projects in Pipeline, Power, Renewables, Telecommunications, Underground, and Engineering. She also was instrumental in transforming the estimating, planning and start-up of large, complex projects/programs, as well as business analytics, process improvement, and proactive risk management strategies. Key customers included: Amtrak; Disney, Exelon; TransCanada; U.S. Pentagon, Verizon; and numerous electric, gas, and construction companies.

Sung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts. She is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Risk Management Professional.
